Alma B Stekelenburg

Alma B. Stekelenburg, 92, of Joshua, Texas, formerly of Sioux City, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2015, at a Texas nursing home.
Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Morningside Chapel, Christy-Smith Funeral Home in Sioux City. Burial will be in Graceland Park Cemetery. A luncheon will follow the graveside service at the funeral home Visitation will be 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the funeral home.
Alma was born on Jan. 18, 1923, in Webster City, Iowa, to Ray and Eva Newman. She was married for 55 years to Carl Walter Stekelenburg. Alma spent 30 years as a food and services director at various places, retiring from American Airlines Sky Chef.
She leaves behind three children, Carol Kemp of Australia, Carl Stekelenburg of Georgia, and John Stekelenburg of Texas.
Alma will be missed dearly by her family and friends. God bless you and keep you, Alma.
