SIOUX CITY -- Ann J. "Sally" Foulk, 95, of Sioux City died Saturday, July 2, 2011, in New Port Richey, Fla., after a brief illness.
Memorial services will be 10:30 a.m., Saturday at Morningside Chapel, Christy-Smith Funeral Home in Sioux City, with a luncheon to follow.
Ann was born Nov. 24, 1915, in Sioux City, the daughter of Sigourd and Martha (Rudd) Sandvold. She graduated from East High School.
She married Billy E. Foulk on Aug. 31, 1940, in Sioux City. Bill died in 2000.
Ann was a charter member of Morningside Lutheran Church. She spent her time volunteering decades to the Altar Guild and nursing homes.
Survivors include a son, Bob and Sue Foulk of Sioux City; a daughter, Marty and Perry Hubbs of New Port Richey, Fla.; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy "Bill" Edward Foulk.
Ann had a blessed and full life and was so loved.
