Bernice Clifton

Bernice B. Clifton, age 84 died Friday September 7, 2018 at Bickford Cottage in Sioux City.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00am Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at Morningside Chapel Christy Smith Funeral Homes with burial following in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
Bernice was born in Sioux City on June 8, 1934. She married Duane H. Clifton on November 17, 1950.
She was first employed at Kresge Department Store, she then became a full time farm wife and mother. She returned to the work force in 1979 at IPS in Sioux City and retired in 1990.
She is survived by her daughters: Patricia (Pat) Siebens and Christine Weis, granddaughter Natalie Siebens. She is also survived by a sister Georgianna of Omaha, NE; along with several nieces, nephews, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, brothers: tom, Fred and Kenny Sylvester and sisters Eva, Mary, and Ruth.
