SIOUX CITY -- Braeden "Brady" Kenneth Thomsen, 1-day old son of Julie and Matthew Thomsen of Sioux City, died Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2009, at Children's Hospital in Omaha.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Friday in Memorial Park Cemetery, with the Rev. Sheryl Ashley officiating. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. today at Morningside Chapel, Christy-Smith Funeral Home.
Braeden was born Oct. 5, 2009.
He is survived by his parents; his maternal grandparents, Dave and Jeannie Sears of Sioux City; his paternal grandparents, Tom and Julie Thomsen of Sioux City; his aunt and uncle, Jennifer and Tom Murphy of Sioux City and their two sons, Sam and Max; his great-grandmother, Viola Pierson of Sioux City; and great-grandmother, Betty Thomsen of Jefferson, Iowa.
