Brandon M Bryan

January 4, 1975 — January 5, 2015

Brandon M. Bryan, 40, of Grand Forks, N.D., formerly of Moville, died Monday, Jan. 5, 2015, in Grand Forks.
Visitation with the family will be after 6 p.m. Wednesday at the home of Joel and Patti Bryan in Moville. Arrangements are under the direction of McCulloch Chapel, Christy-Smith Funeral Home in Moville.
Brandon was born on Jan. 4, 1975, in Sioux City, the son of Joel and Patti (Miller) Bryan. He was raised in the Climbing Hill, Iowa, and Moville area. As an adult, Brandon worked as a truck driver, living in Arizona, Colorado, Iowa, Montana and North Dakota.
His favorite pastime was fishing and hunting in the beauty and peacefulness of the Flathead River Valley in Montana. Brandon loved his pets, especially his Rottie, Liam. His favorite book was the Bible, much of which he had memorized and could quote verbatim. Brandon loved music of all genres and enjoyed playing Music Trivia after a big Sunday dinner at Mom and Dad's.
Lesser known is that Brandon also loved helping people down on their luck, total strangers usually, with random acts of kindness and generosity. In his final act of generosity, he provided the gift of life and second chances, as an organ donor.
Survivors include his parents, Joel and Patti of Moville; a brother, Jason (Heather) Bryan of Moville; a sister, Jessica Beers of Sioux City; four nieces and nephews, Chase and Hunter Bryan and Keeley and Mykenna Beers; and maternal grandmother, Mary Ellen Miller of Moville.
He was preceded in death by maternal grandfather, Raymond Miller; and paternal grandparents, Sylvan and Ellen Bryan
