Constance K. Huber

Connie K. Huber of Sioux City passed away Monday, Jan. 4, 2016, at a local hospital.
Memorial services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at Larkin Chapel, Christy-Smith Funeral Home, with
the Rev. Henry Witte officiating. Inurnment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Connie was born on July 27, 1947, in Yankton, S.D., to Harvey F. and Charlotte F. (Schlueter) Hansen. Connie graduated from Yankton High School in 1965 and attended Mount Marty College.
She married Marvin Huber Jr. in 1971 and had one son. Connie worked at St. Luke's, St. Vincent's, Truck Haven, Gateway, Belle of Sioux City, and Wal-Mart.
She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church and the Praise Group.
Survivors include her ex-husband, Marvin Huber Jr.; a son, Chris Huber; her grandchildren, Christina A. Huber and Joshua B. Huber; her mother, Charlotte Hansen; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father; a daughter, Dawn Huber; one brother; and one sister.
