HOLSTEIN, Iowa | Donna Rae Cagley, 59, of Holstein passed away July 3, 2012, at Cherokee Regional Medical Center in Cherokee, Iowa.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at Berkemier Chapel, Christy-Smith Funeral Home in Sioux City. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday, with the family present 6 to 8 p.m., at the funeral home.
Donna was born on June 14, 1953, in Sioux City, to Harlie and Laura (Orr) Daggett.
With Donna, family came first. She was very religious and devoted to Christ. Loved by her whole family, she had a wonderful sense of humor.
Donna had a soft spot for all animals and enjoyed gardening. Donna was always there to help friends and family. She was an integral part of the family and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Survivors include her companion, Richard Mathison of Holstein; a son, Mike Cagley of Holstein; a sister, Sandra and Michael Edwards of Sioux Falls, S.D.; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a son, Brian.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Siouxland Humane Society or Sioux Falls Humane Society.
