Donna Marie Fetterman, 72, of Sioux City died Tuesday, March 18, 2008, at her residence.

Donna was born Jan. 19, 1936, near Sioux City, the daughter of James and Dorothy (Clayton) Grimes. She graduated from high school near Sioux City. She continued her education at Tri-State Dental Labs School.
She married Duane Vanderlinden in 1950. Together, they lived around this area before moving into Sioux City. She worked at Wincharger, has been a part owner of the Perfection Bar, worked at the Evergreen Truck Stop, the Horizon Restaurant and the Argosy.
She enjoyed playing bingo and her pet dogs.
Survivors include two grandsons, David Vanderlinden and his wife, Mily of Sioux City and Marcus Vanderlinden of California; two granddaughters, Tammy Vanderlinden and Tonya Vanderlinden, both of California; great-grandchildren, Kassandra and Derek Vanderlinden of Sioux City; and four brothers and their wives, Robert and Mary Ann Grimes of Biloxi, Miss., Ray Grimes of Florida, Charles and JoDean Grimes of Sioux City and David and Jeannie Grimes of McCook Lake, S.D.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James A. and Dorothy Grimes; three sons, David, Darrell and Steven; two brothers, James and Gary; and a sister, Beverly Grimes.
