Dorothy I. Reinbold, 91, of the Sioux City area died Saturday, Jan. 23, 2016, at Sanford Medical Center in Sioux Falls, S.D.
Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in Memorial Park Cemetery, Sioux City. Arrangements are under the direction of Morningside Chapel, Christy-Smith Funeral Home.
Dorothy was born on Jan. 20, 1925 in Danbury, Iowa, the daughter of Fred and Vivian (Beard) Berndt. She married Paul J. Reinbold Sr. on Aug. 18, 1944. They made their home in Sioux City. They resided in the Siouxland area ever since. Paul died in 1981.
Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Sheila (Dwight) Reed of Sioux City; two sons, Paul (Susan) Reinbold Jr. of Kirkwood, N.Y., and Kip Reinbold of Correctionville, Iowa; 10 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Paul; four brothers; and one sister.
