Dwayne W. Miille, 82, of Sioux City, died Sunday, July 21, 2013, at home.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Bethel Lutheran Church, in Lawton, Iowa. Private burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, with family present 6 to 8 p.m. and a prayer service at 7 p.m., at Christy Smith Morningside Chapel.
Dwayne was born June 4, 1931, in South Sioux City, to Charles "Vern" and Clara (Ahrens) Miille. He was baptized Feb. 5, 1933, in South Sioux City, and confirmed in 1945 at Redeemer Church in Sioux City.
He married Gayle Roth on Jan. 6, 1956, at Redeemer Church in Sioux City.
Dwayne was a member of Bethel Lutheran Church in Lawton.
Survivors include his wife, Gayle; children, Timothy (Pam) Miille of Blackburn, Mo., Martin (Cheryl) Miille of Cedar Falls, Iowa, Cheri Rae Miille of Sioux City, Glen (Wendy) Miille of Sergeant Bluff, and Paul (Robyn) Miille of Azle, Texas; sister, Phyllis (Don) Johnson of Arizona; 13 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister; two brothers; and two great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Bethel Lutheran Church.
