SIOUX CITY | Eugene Milton Abraham, 53, formerly of Sioux City, died July 6, 2012, in Pittsburgh, Pa.
Services will be 7 p.m. Friday at Redeemer Lutheran Church. The Rev. Russell Senstad will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of Morningside Chapel, Christy-Smith Funeral Home.
Eugene was born on Aug. 20, 1958, in Sioux Falls, S.D. He came to Sioux City in 1968 and graduated from Sergeant Bluff High School in 1977. After high school he joined the U.S. Army for four years, serving in Korea. He worked for Schneider International Co. in Des Moines for 10 years. He moved to Pittsburgh 10 years ago.
Eugene is survived by his parents, Ardice and Milton Abraham of Sergeant Bluff; two sisters, Valerie Abraham of Jacksonville, Fla., and Denice and Jerry Seifert of Pittsburgh, Pa.; and three nieces.
He was preceded in death by his brother, John Abraham.
