Jackson Mitchell Wade Kulawik

SIOUX CITY | Jackson Mitchell Wade Kulawik, 2-month-old son of Mitchell and Veronica (Bear Comes Out) Kulawik of Sioux City, died Sunday, Nov. 4, 2012, at Children’s Hospital in Omaha.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Larkin Chapel, Christy-Smith Funeral Home. The Rev. Patrick Behm of Cathedral of Epiphany will officiate. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
Jackson was born on Aug. 8, 2012, in Sioux City.
He is survived by his parents, Mitch and Veronica of Sioux City; three brothers and a sister, Ambrose, Brandon, Amara and Gregory; his paternal grandparents, Mitch and Mary Kulawik of Sioux City; and aunts and uncles, Kasia and Nick Netly, Craig and Catie Kulawik, Shannon Kulawik, Chris Kulawik, Terrance Bear Comes Out, Emerlynne Bear Comes Out, Emery Bear Comes Out, Brenda Bear Comes Out, and Robert Bear Comes Out.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Emery Bear Comes Our and Linda Redsteer.
Pallbearers will be Will Meier and Chris Delfs.
