SIOUX CITY -- Jerritt John Wilson, 22, of Sioux City passed away unexpectedly Jan. 27, 2011, at his residence.
Memorial services will be 6 p.m. Friday at Larkin Chapel, Christy-Smith Funeral Home. Visitation will be 5 p.m. until service time Friday and will resume until 7 p.m., at the funeral home.
Jerritt was born Nov. 25, 1988, in Sioux City, to Gerald L. and Teresa E. (Vanderheiden) Wilson. He grew up and attended school in Sioux City. He graduated from North High School in 2007. He was currently employed with A & A Speciality Flooring in Sioux City.
He enjoyed playing baseball, snowboarding and Frisbee golf.
Survivors include his mother, Teresa E. Wilson of Sioux City; a brother, Chad and Melissa Tiedtke of Sioux City; a sister, Julie and Tom Sherry of Anaheim, Calif.; three nieces; two nephews; his grandmother, Mary Vanderheiden of Laurel, Neb.; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
He was peceded in death by his father; and grandfather.
An account has been established at Wells Fargo Bank and a benefit will be 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday at Mac Behrs on Fourth Street.
