John S. Adams Jr., age 71, passed away Monday, January 9, 2023, in Sioux City, Iowa.
Services will be held at a later date. Christy-Smith Funeral Home, Morningside Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
John was born on November 11, 1951, in Winchester, Kansas.
He grew up in Lawrence, Kansas. He spent 16 years in the United States Navy. He worked in Naval Shipyards for more than 30 years.
He is survived by his wife, Susan (Hawthorn) Adams of Sioux City, along with many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Red Cross.
