Jordan Mika Perez, 2-month-old son of Jessica Ann Hankins and Jesus Edward Perez of Sioux City, passed away Monday, Oct. 22, 2007, at the Children's Hospital in Omaha.
Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Christy-Smith Morningside Chapel. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday, with the family present 6 to 8 p.m., at the funeral home.
Jordan Mika Perez was born Aug. 9, 2007, in Sioux City.
Survivors include his parents of Sioux City; a sister, Kylee Perez of Sioux City; a brother, Christian Perez of Sioux City; grandparents, David and Cindy Hankins of South Sioux City; grandmother, Cindy Martinez of Sioux City; grandfather, Jesus Perez of Gary, Ind.; great-grandmothers, Betsy Wilde of Sioux City and Lorraine Hankins of Obert, Neb.; great-grandfather, Lyle Heezen of Obert, Neb.; great-grandmother, Josie Martinez of Gary, Ind.; great-great-grandmother, Bula Stone of Sioux City; and numerous aunts, uncles and other relatives.
He was preceded in death by his great-grandfathers, Fred Wilde and Castulo Martinez; and great-great-grandfather, Stone.
Jordan will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Memorials may be directed to the family.
