SIOUX CITY -- Judith A. Keegan-Faux, 69, of Sioux City died Wednesday, Sept. 21, 2011, at Northpark Senior Living in Sioux City.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, with the Rev. Craig Collison officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 to 7:30 p.m. today, with the family present 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. and a vigil service at 6 p.m., at Christy-Smith Berkemier Chapel.
Judy was born Aug. 28, 1942, in Sioux City, the daughter of Joseph and Anna (Ashmore) Keegan. She grew up in Sioux City and attended Sacred Heart Catholic Schools and Heelan High School. She resided in Sioux City until 1993 when she moved to Wichita Falls, Texas. Later she moved to Kokomo, Ind., and back to Sioux City in 2008.
In 1960, she married Marvin Britton. In 1988, she married Tom Faux.
She worked for Zenith Corp. in Sioux City, and then General Motors for 20 years.
She was of the Catholic faith.
Judy enjoyed photography, dogs, her grandchildren's sports, traveling, taking walks, nature and being outdoors.
Survivors include her children, Jeff (Laurie) Britton of Anthon, Iowa, Corrine (Jerry) Vakulskas of Sioux City, Mike (Jan) Britton of Sioux City and Bob (Shelly) Britton of Sioux City; 12 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three sisters, Kathleen Britton, Colleen (Jim) Kvidera and Annie McNamara; a brother, Tim Keegan; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Pat Keegan.
