Larry A. Bolton, 66, of Sioux City passed away Sunday, March 30, 2008, at a Sioux City hospital.
Memorial services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Westminster Presbyterian Church, with the Rev. Matthew Miller officiating. There will be no visitation. Arrangements are under the direction of Christy-Smith Morningside Chapel.
Larry Allen Bolton was born July 24, 1941, in Kingsley, Iowa, to Allen and Emma Lee (French) Bolton. He attended and graduated from East High School in Sioux City with the class of 1959.
On April 1, 1961, he and Judy Wickstrom were married at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Sioux City. He worked in the rail car business and in later years ran a courier business.
He was a member and elder at Westminster Presbyterian Church.
He is survived by his mother, Emma Lee of Sioux City; his wife, Judy of Sioux City; sons, Douglas of Sioux City, Robert and his wife, Ann of Guthrie Center, Iowa, and Thomas and his wife, Miki of Greenwood, Ind.; 10 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his father.
