Lenore Lucille Brosamle

Lenore Lucille Brosamle, 83, of Moville died Thursday, April 2, 2015, at Casa de Paz in Sioux City.
Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Moville, with the Rev. Barb Spaulding officiating. Burial will be in Arlington Township Cemetery. Visitation will be 10 a.m. until service time Monday at the church. Arrangements are under the direction of McCulloch Chapel, Christy-Smith Funeral Home in Moville.
Lenore was born on Aug. 16, 1931, in Holstein, Iowa, the daughter of Henry and Meta (Jualfs) Ewoldt Jr. She attended and graduated from Holstein High School in 1949.
Lenore married Duane Brosamle on Sept. 4, 1949 in Sioux City. Lenore was a homemaker and farm wife. They moved to the Moville area in 1958. Lenore then worked at K-Mart for more than 23 years.
Lenore was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Moville.
Survivors include five children, Linda (Mike) Arndt of Madison Lake, Minn., Joelle (Keith) Pease of Sioux City, David (Lisa) Brosamle of Moville, Danny (Bonnie) Brosamle of Moville, and Kurt Brosamle of Dow City, Iowa; 19 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Joyce Albers of Holstein, and Doris Murphy of Illinois; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Duane; great-grandchildren, Kylee, Victoria, Chase and Samuel Healy; daughter-in-law, Pamela Brosamle; three sisters, Iona Geherts, Donna Faye Meier and Lois Ludvigson; and a brother, Donald Ewoldt.
