Lois Jeanne "P." Leone, 91, formerly of Sioux City, passed away Saturday, Aug. 2, 2014, at St. Jude's Hospice in Omaha.
Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Friday in Memorial Park Cemetery, Sioux City. Arrangements are under the direction of Morningside Chapel, Christy-Smith Funeral Home in Sioux City.
She was born on Dec. 26, 1922, in Omaha, to Christy and Harriet (Morse) Pasinger. Lois married John Michael Leone on Dec. 12, 1945, in Omaha.
She taught Sunday school and enjoyed playing bridge, dancing, roller skating, bowling and coffee with friends.
Survivors include her sons, John Jr. "Jack" (Nancy) Leone of Livermore, Calif., and Steve Christopher (Amy) Leone of Omaha; a daughter, Carol Jeanne (Darrell) Rau of Indianola, Iowa; grandchildren, Kari Rau, Eric Rau, Trevor Leone, Bethany Leone and Shelby Driscoll; great-grandchildren, Kade, Nole and Nate; and a brother, Charles (Marian) Pasinger of Nashville, Tenn.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John; and sister, Marian McClure.
