Marcella "Sally" A. Frazier

Marcella "Sally" Frazier, 74, of Sioux City, passed away Thursday, Jan. 26, 2017, at a local nursing home.
Memorial services will be 3 p.m. Saturday at Morningside Chapel, Christy-Smith Funeral home. Burial will be at a later date in Hawarden (Iowa) Cemetery.
Sally was born on Aug. 14, 1942, in Sioux City, to John and Eva (Johnson) Frazier. She graduated from Central High School. She worked at Wincharger Corp. and then at the Sioux City Police Department in the records department for 35 years.
She was a longtime member of VASA, Scandinavian Societies, and Rustin Avenue United Methodist Church. Sally loved sharing her decorations at banquets, dinners, and other events.
Those left to honor her memory include her sister, Beverly (Bruce) Kolbe of of Sioux City; brother, John (Debra) Frazier of Glendale, Ariz.; and eight nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Charles R. Frazier.
