Paul H. Fletcher, 77, of Sioux City, passed away Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at a local hospital. A Visitation will be held Thursday, August 22, 2013 from 4-7 p.m. at Christy Smith Funeral home with the family present. Per his wishes, a private family service and burial will follow.
