Rhonda Jo Richards

Rhonda Jo Richards age 52 of Moorhead, IA passed away on Thursday, September 21st at Mercy Medical Center in Sioux City, IA. A visitation will be held on Monday, September 25, 2017 from 11 am until 1 pm with a Funeral Service to follow at Christy-Smith Funeral Home Morningside Chapel. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
Rhonda was born on April 23, 1965 in Seward, NE to Lavern and Mary (Jansen) Wolff. In 1983, Rhonda graduated high school from Irwin-Kirkman High School in Irwin, IA. Growing up, she had a strong love for flowers, pets, and especially motorcycles. For many years Rhonda was a part of the HOG Harley Davidson Support Group. In her spare time, Rhonda loved riding her motorcycle, growing flowers at her home, and spending time with her ‘fur babies’, Harley and Izzy. For multiple years, Rhonda worked as a supervisor at Menards in Shelby, IA. After doing so, she returned home to take care of her husband Jerry’s mother, the late Donabelle Ginsbach.
Rhonda is survived by her mother Mary Jansen of Rapid City, SD, stepmom Marilyn Wolff of Hancock, IA, her husband Jerry Ginsbach of Moorhead, IA, sisters Veranna Huscher of Sioux City, IA, Laverne (Brian) Frybarger of Rapid City, SD, LaVonne (Ken Stein) Schmidt of Rapid City, SD, brother James Wolff of Quapaw, OK, stepsisters Sherri Claussen of Avoca, IA, Julie Guyer Petry of Pappillion, NE, and several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Rhonda is preceded in death by her father Lavern Wolff and her brother Kenneth Wolff.
