Richard A. “Rick” Green, 59 born Feb. 3, 1959 in Maryville, MO entered eternal rest Tuesday, Feb. 27, 2018.
Memorial Service will be held 2:30 pm, Saturday, March 3 at Christy-Smith Funeral Homes - Morningside Chapel. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to service.
Rick spent sometime in the USMC and was cook for 40+ years at various restaurants around Sioux City with 20 of them at Gus’s Family Restaurant.
He married Regina L. (Ginny) (McDonald) Green on Nov. 8, 2002.
He enjoyed shooting pool, playing darts and spending time with friends and family especially his grandkids.
Rick is survived by his wife Ginny, his sister Lisa Keeler, children Kelly Anderson, Marc (Christina) Andersen, Joe Prior-Miller, Amanda (Gaspar) Medina, Jake Prior-Miller, Seth Mauer, Nikki Lamphear, James Gehrig, and Stefani Kimber. Numerous Grandchildren, as well as nieces and nephews. A blood brother of 40+ years David (Jill) Georgesen.
He was preceded by his parents Joye and Walt Keeler and grandparents.
