Richard V. Tott, 62, of Sioux City passed away Friday, March 22, 2013, at a Sioux City hospital, from heart complications.
Services will be 7 p.m. Tuesday at Christy-Smith Morningside Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to services.
Richard was born April 2, 1950, in Sioux City to Vernon and Melva (Chase) Tott. He graduated from East High School in 1968.
He worked a variety of jobs until he became disabled due to a motorcycle accident.
Richard was a Chicago Cubs fan. He enjoyed old movies and crossword puzzles.
Survivors include his sister, Nancy Tott of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; stepsisters, Vicki (Bob) Hansel and Donna Jensen, all of Sioux City; a stepbrother, Jon (Shelly) Sadler of Sioux City; and several nieces and nephews, all of Sioux City.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
