Sharon Kay Collier, age 79, of Sioux City, died on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at a Le Mars, Iowa care facility.
Services will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, February 28, 2022 at Christy-Smith Morningside Chapel, 1801 Morningside Avenue. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service on Monday at the funeral home.
Sharon was born on April 10, 1942 in Ida Grove, Iowa, the daughter of Roy and Lorraine (Paulson) Moller. She attended and graduated from Denison, Iowa Community Schools. She then attended college and received a degree in Medical Technology. She was united in marriage with Thomas Collier on May 27, 1967 at Grace United Methodist Church in Sioux City.
Sharon worked at St. Luke’s Regional Medical Center in Sioux City for more than 40 years before retiring in 2004. She was a longtime member of Grace United Methodist Church.
Her life will always be remembered by her husband of 54 years, Thomas; her daughter, Megan Ann Collier of Le Mars, Iowa; her 3 grandchildren, Trinity Brunsting, Meredith Brunsting, and Thomas Brunsting. She is also survived by her brother, Jim Moller and his wife, Evelyn of Odebolt, Iowa.
Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers, Rodney Moller and Jay Moller.
