Susan "Sue" Janelle Saul, 42, lifelong resident of Sioux City, died Friday, March 3, 2017, at home surrounded by her family.
Services will be 10 a.m. today at Morningside Chapel, Christy-Smith Funeral Home, 1801 Morningside Ave., in Sioux City. Interment will be in Logan Park Cemetery. Online condolences may be made to the family at

Susan was born on Sunday, Oct. 20, 1974, in Sioux City, to Larry and DeEtte (Johnson) Bryce. She was a graduate of West High School and was employed by Great West Casualty.
Sue married Dave Saul on Aug. 31, 2013. They were together for 11 years. They attended Rustin Avenue United Methodist Church.
Sue loved to help others and she volunteered as a Cub Scout leader, Boy Scout leader, Girl Scout leader and coached both girls and boys softball teams.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Dave; two sons, Isaac Nathlich and his significant other, Ashley of Sioux City, and Michael and Tasha Saul of Sioux Falls, S.D.; two daughters, Abigail and Ernest Jr. Watson of Omaha, and Paeyton Saul of Lawton, Okla.; two grandchildren, Ernest Watson III and Maddox Saul; her mother, DeEtte Bryce of Sioux City; a brother, Doug and Julie Bryce of Decorah, Iowa; four nieces and nephews, EmilyGrace, Kelsey, Kaulin and Evan Bryce; and her sisters of the heart, Brenda Murphy, Heather Tolvanen, Hollie Copple, Kim Sloan, Ruth Hernandez and Kara Kuester.
She was preceded in death by her father; grandparents; aunt, Carla Bryce; and her husband's parents.
