William "Bill" Seszes, 81, of Sioux City passed away Monday, July 20, 2015, at his home.
Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Morningside Chapel, Christy-Smith Funeral Home. Burial will be in Floyd Cemetery. Visitation will be 9 a.m. until service time Thursday at the funeral home.
Bill was born on Dec. 28, 1933, in Sioux City, to Andrew and Caroline (Yuzanes) Seszes. He lived in Sioux City all of his life. Bill took great pride in participating in the Special Olympics. He was a hard worker and had worked at Goodwill Industries for 20 years.
He enjoyed traveling with personnel from Mid-Step and visited several states. Bill loved his family, especially his great-nieces and nephews.
Those left to honor his memory include his niece, Linda (Gary) Ellis of Whiting, Iowa; grandniece, Amy (David) Klocke of Sioux City, and their children, Andrew and a little girl on the way; grandnephew, Dr. James Ellis of Omaha; and many friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Mildred Seszes; brother, Joe (Ann) Yuzanes; and special friend, Sandy.
